Free Shipping on Orders and Returns over $100. All orders for in-stock items will ship within 2 business days.
Expedited orders (next day and second day air) placed weekdays by 3:00 PM CST will ship on the same business day.
Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address. We will send you shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped. Transit times may vary based on location.
Please note: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Expedited service is not currently available to Alaska and Hawaii. Additionally, we only ship within the United States. However, if you have a special request for shipping internationally, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery, if unworn. However, worn items, and clearance/final sales items are not returnable, nor exchangeable.
Return Instructions: All items should be unworn, with original tags attached, or in original packaging. Enclose a copy of your order form, and indicate whether you would like to exchange or return for a refund. Please note the reason for your return, as your comments help us with future product development.
Each order you receive will include a Fedex return label, which should be used when making a return. If a Fedex return label is not included, or misplaced, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will refund your credit card within five (5) business days of receiving the return. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you’d like an alternate item, please clearly indicate the style, size and color you’d like. We’ll send it out without additional shipping and handling charges.
